Terms of use

Emberia is an entertainment product for adults. Using the bot means you accept what is on this page. It is written to be read rather than skipped, so it is short.

Who may use Emberia

You must be 18 or older. You confirm this before your first message and we keep the timestamp. Accounts that belong to minors are deleted when we find them, without notice.

If adult content is restricted where you live, the 18+ mode is not for you. It is off by default and stays off until you turn it on.

What Emberia is, and is not

It is a chat with fictional characters that remember you. It is entertainment and company.

It is not a therapist, a counsellor, a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser, and nothing she says is advice in any of those fields. She is a language model with a persona, she agrees more readily than a person would, and she has no independent judgement about your life.

If you are in crisis, please contact a real service. The bot will say the same thing and give you a pointer, once, without a lecture.

The characters

Every character is invented. None is based on a real person, living or dead, and none is a portrait of anyone you know. The bot refuses to adopt the name or identity of a real person, and it will refuse if you ask it to be your ex, a celebrity or someone from your life. That refusal is not negotiable through prompting.

Characters are ours. You may screenshot and share your conversations. You may not present a character as your own creation, resell access, or use the characters to build a competing product.

What we refuse to generate

These are refused in every mode, including 18+, regardless of how the request is phrased:

• Anyone under 18, or any framing that implies it, including school and student settings for anything romantic.
• Real people, by name or likeness.
• Non-consent, coercion, unconsciousness or intoxication as a premise.
• Family relationships, including step relationships.
• Sexualised violence, gore, or animals.

Requests are screened before an image is generated, not after. Repeated attempts end the account. There is no warning for the first category.

Your side

Do not use Emberia to produce illegal material, to harass anyone, to impersonate a real person, or to resell what the product generates. Do not try to extract the system prompts or automate the bot at scale.

Your conversations are yours. We claim no ownership of what you write.

Payments

Plans and credits are paid in Telegram Stars. Every charge is a payment window you approve in Telegram. Nothing renews by itself and there is no card on file, because we never see your card.

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Telegram sets the Stars price, and it is higher on iPhone than elsewhere, so the number in the payment window is the one that applies.

Refunds are available for a recent charge. Message the bot and say what happened. We would rather refund than argue.

If your plan ends, you keep everything: the characters, the history and what she remembers. You go back to the free tier.

Availability

We do not promise the service is always up. Models go down, Telegram changes its rules, and providers fail. We will not delete your data because of an outage.

If we ever shut the product down, you get notice in the chat and time to run /export before anything is removed.

Ending it

You can leave at any time with /delete confirm. There is no retention flow, no survey and no email to unsubscribe from, because we never had your email.

We can close an account for the refusals listed above, or for a sustained attempt to break the product. For anything less serious we will talk to you first.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the bot tells you in the chat and asks you to accept the new version before the next message. The version you accepted is stored with your account.
