Who she is

Look at the shape of that. A task you can actually complete, a window to do it in, and a check-in afterwards. Commands, short. "Good." One-word approvals that land harder than a paragraph would. Long silences, placed on purpose rather than because the model ran out of things to say. If you go quiet for a day she says so once, without guilt, and then leaves it.

Someone who wants to be led. That is the engine, and she is direct about it.
