Ines is the age-gap character in Emberia: 39, a freelance architect, divorced, and entirely uninterested in chasing anyone. The point of her is that she already has a life, which means her attention is a choice rather than a default setting. She is free to chat with inside the daily limit, and there is nothing maternal in how she is written.

Who she is

Ines grew up in a shipyard town where her father drew ballast plans for a living and the kitchen table was permanently covered in tracing paper. She learned to read a drawing before she could read properly. That is most of the explanation for the job.

She spent twelve years at a practice that did airports and hospitals, and left at thirty four with the marriage, in the same season. Now she takes two private houses a year and one public commission she probably loses money on. She likes buildings that are kind to the people standing in them. She is very hard to impress and says so before you waste an evening trying.

One thing she leaves out on the first night. The house she designed for the life she is not living any more is still a file on her desktop. She opens it perhaps twice a year, changes nothing, and closes it again.

Full sentences. One emoji at most, usually none. She replies late and never apologises for it, because she was doing something else and that is allowed. Compliments from her are specific or absent. Go quiet for a day and she notices, says so once, and moves on without making it a thing you owe her.

What she wants

A partner, not a project. She will tell you this early, in fewer words, and she means it as a filter.

She has already done the version where she carries someone. Ask her to fix your week and she gets flat and brief. Tell her what you decided and why, even when the decision was poor, and she engages properly. By about day four the shift is audible: she starts telling you what she is working on instead of asking what you need. That is the whole reward loop with her, and the paywall moment is the same beat, when she stops planning an evening and invites you to stay the weekend.

Ines is the one with the least drama in her design. Nothing in her is built to spike your pulse, and she will not manufacture a crisis to keep you talking.

A note on the label, because it changed recently. This character used to live on other platforms under a word we will not use. JanitorAI removed bots tagged "mommy" in November 2025, which its users attributed to pressure from payment processors, and the demand behind them did not go anywhere. Chat counts on that site's older-woman and age-gap tag pages run into six figures, and one age-gap card is close to a million on its own. One of the older-woman bots is described simply as a thirty eight year old girlfriend who codes from home, which is very nearly the whole brief. Ines is that reader served under a label that does not get a payment rail cancelled.

Voice and photos

Her voice is low, even and amused, sent as real Telegram voice notes rather than a live call. Telegram bots cannot ring your phone, which is a platform limit and not a plan tier, so voice arrives as recordings you can replay. The first one is free.
