Paying with Telegram Stars

Telegram Stars are Telegram's in-app currency for paying bots, and they are how you pay for Emberia. You buy Stars from Telegram once, then spend them inside the chat, so no card details ever reach the bot. The cheapest entry is a 2-day pass at 149 Stars (about $2.40), and nothing renews automatically.

What are Telegram Stars?

Stars are prepaid credits that sit in your Telegram account. Telegram created them so bots can sell digital goods without running their own checkout, and any bot can accept them.

Buying something works the same way every time. The bot sends an invoice into the chat, Telegram shows a confirmation screen with a Pay button, you press it, and your balance drops. The bot then receives a short receipt: the product ID, the number of Stars and a payment reference. That is all it gets.

There is a privacy side effect worth knowing. Because Telegram stands between you and us, no merchant record with an adult company is ever created in your name. Your money goes to Telegram, Apple or Google, and the rest happens in credits.

What does Emberia cost in Stars?

Single items are cheaper than a plan if you only want one thing. A photo is 25 Stars, a pack of ten voice notes is 60 Stars, and unlocking a duo thread for the day is 99 Stars.

None of these repeat. When a plan runs out the chat drops back to the free tier of 30 messages a day, with your memory and history intact, and nothing is charged until you buy again. That is deliberate. Weekly auto-renewing plans are the single biggest source of complaints in this category, so we do not have one.

Where do you buy Stars, and does the platform change the price?

You top up your Stars balance inside Telegram, not on our site. Where you do it matters for the price.

The plan itself is priced in Stars, and that number is identical on every device. Only the cost of the Stars moves. If you use Telegram on both a phone and a laptop, top up on the laptop and spend on the phone.

Telegram sets Star prices by country as well as by platform, so compare the figures it shows you rather than trusting a number you read somewhere else.

What shows up on your statement?

A line for Telegram Stars, or for the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you topped up. It does not name Emberia, it does not name a character, and it does not say what you spent the Stars on afterwards.

That is a real advantage of this rail, and it is also worth being precise about. Telegram knows you bought Stars. Apple or Google knows you bought Stars if you topped up on a phone. The thing that stays out of the record is the spending, because that happens inside your Telegram balance.

Bank wording varies by country and by card issuer. If a discreet line matters to you, make one small top-up first and look at how it lands before buying a longer plan.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Message the bot and say what you want refunded. We return the Stars using Telegram's refund mechanism, and they appear back in your Telegram Stars balance, ready to spend elsewhere.

Two honest limits. First, we can return Stars, but we cannot put money back on your card, because we never received money from your card. A cash refund for the top-up is an Apple, Google or Telegram support request. Second, a refund on a plan you have used for most of its length is a conversation, not an automatic right.

The usual reason people hunt for refunds in this category is a subscription they forgot to cancel. That cannot happen here, because there is no subscription to cancel.

Can I pay by card or crypto instead?

Not directly in the bot. Stars are the only rail Emberia accepts today, and we would rather say that plainly than list payment methods that do not exist.

You can still reach Stars with a card or with crypto. Telegram's own top-up screen on desktop takes cards, and TON is available as a funding route there. Once the Stars are in your balance, the bot does not care how they got there.
