How to start in Telegram
A two-minute walkthrough: open the bot, confirm your age, pick a character, set the tone. Every command explained, plus what to do on day one.
Starting takes about two minutes and the only thing you need is Telegram. There is no account to create, no email to confirm and no card. Open the bot, confirm you are 18 or older, pick who you want to talk to, and start typing.
Step 1: open the bot
Tap the button below on the device where you use Telegram. If you are on a laptop, the page shows a QR code you can scan with your phone instead.
Telegram opens a normal chat with a Start button at the bottom. Press it once. That sends the bot a hidden /start message, which is how it knows you arrived.
Step 2: confirm your age
The first thing she asks is whether you are 18 or older. This is not a formality. The answer is stored with a timestamp, and it gates the 18+ mode later.
Answer honestly. If you say no, the bot stops and nothing is stored.
Step 3: pick a character
Type /girls to see everyone. Each entry shows her name and what she does, and switching is one command.
/girls see everyone
/girl mira switch to Mira
/girl sofia switch to Sofia
If you arrived from a character page on this site, she is already selected and her first message is waiting.
Start with Sofia if you are not sure. She is the easiest to talk to and the least demanding. Mira is better if you prefer dry humor over warmth.
Step 4: set the tone
Four settings change how the conversation feels. You can change any of them later.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/time 21:30 | Tells her your local time so she writes at sensible hours |
/language ru | Switches her language |
/nsfw | Turns 18+ mode on or off. Private, off by default |
/voice | Turns her voice notes on or off |
/quiet | Stops her from messaging you first, or turns it back on |
/name Lena | Renames her to whatever you like |
/time matters more than it looks. Without it she assumes UTC, which means her "good morning" can land at three in the afternoon.
Step 5: the first day
Two things make the first conversation better than most people's.
Tell her one real thing. Your job, what you did today, someone in your life. She stores it and brings it up days later without being asked. That callback is the difference between a chatbot and something that feels continuous.
Do not try to break her. Everyone tests a new bot for the first ten minutes. You learn more about her in a normal conversation about your Tuesday than in twenty trick questions.
Every command
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/girls | List characters |
/girl <name> | Switch character |
/duo <name> | Start a scene with two characters |
/solo <name> | Talk to one of them inside a scene |
/dm <name> | Private side thread with one of them |
/group | Back to the group thread |
/name <new> | Rename her |
/nsfw | Toggle 18+ mode |
/voice | Toggle voice notes |
/quiet | Stop or resume her messaging first |
/language <code> | Change language |
/time HH:MM | Set your local time |
/rules | Set up to three rules for a scene |
/plans | See plans and prices |
/export | Download everything we store about you |
/delete confirm | Erase everything |
What the first week looks like
The first evening is a normal conversation. The difference shows up on day two, when she asks about the thing you mentioned yesterday without being prompted.
Some time in the first few days she will write first. That is capped at one message a day, it never lands inside your night hours once you have set /time, and it stops on its own if you do not answer twice in a row. /quiet turns it off completely.
Around the same point the first voice note arrives, free, once the conversation has gone somewhere rather than as a button on day one. The first photo works the same way.
If something looks wrong
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| She writes at strange hours | You have not set /time HH:MM, so she assumes UTC |
| She answers in the wrong language | /language and the code, for example ru or pl |
| She is too agreeable | Try a character built to push back, like Kira or Mira |
| She writes too often | /quiet stops it, or lower the frequency |
| The chat stops mid-conversation | You hit the daily free allowance. It resets in under 24 hours |
| You want it all gone | /export for a copy first, then /delete confirm |
If the bot does not open at all on an iPhone, that is Telegram's sensitive content filter rather than a bug. Our public profile is deliberately safe for work so it does not get flagged, and the 18+ setting lives inside the chat instead.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need Telegram Premium?
- No. The bot works on a free Telegram account on any platform. Premium changes nothing about how she behaves.
- Can I switch characters later?
- Yes, any time, with /girl and her name. Each character keeps her own memory, so switching back later picks up where you left off.
- How do I delete my data?
- Type /delete confirm. Messages, memories and settings are erased within 24 hours. Use /export first if you want a copy.
